APL Assessment of Prior Learning

APL is built on individual portfolios of qualifications, professional and academic, including professional diplomas, certificates and on-the-job experiences, completed or partial HE-studies, credits, degrees and diplomas earned at applicable levels of the EQF, combining common practices of APL with EQVET and ECTS credits. 

APL degrees

Bachelor, Master and Doctor degrees are awarded as continuous learning diplomas, designed for advanced practitioners in a number of professions and a variety of life-long learning experiences to be put altogether in one portfolio for the individual degree. 
Such a degree is technically a university own qualification without programme accreditation legally awarded by a nationally recognised IAU-listed university. 
It us a terminal degree, admission to a higher programme is subject to a receiving university and applicable study law.
